These terms govern your use of the Evolve Telehealth website. By using the site you accept them. The site is operated by Evolve Studios LLC.

What this site is

A marketing website for an advertising agency. Everything here is general information about our services. It is not medical, legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between us.

No guarantee of results

Any figures shown, including return on ad spend, cost per acquisition and revenue, describe specific past engagements. They are not a promise or a projection. Advertising outcomes depend on your offer, market, budget, creative and platform conditions, none of which we control. Brand names in case studies may be withheld or anonymised at a client's request.

Advertising platform policies

Advertising in health and wellness categories is governed by the policies of Meta, Google, TikTok and others, and by applicable law. Those policies change frequently and are enforced at each platform's discretion. We build campaigns with those policies in mind, but we cannot guarantee that an account, campaign or asset will be approved, or that an approved account will stay live.

Your responsibilities

• You remain responsible for your obligations under HIPAA and other applicable law, including PHI handling and any BAAs with your vendors.
• You are responsible for licences, certifications and registrations your business needs, including LegitScript certification where a platform requires it.
• You confirm that material you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

Bookings

Booking a call is not a contract for services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this site belong to Evolve Studios LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify those services.

Third-party links

We link to sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Evolve Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
