Growth measured in booked patients

Real performance data from live client accounts, not rounded-up case study numbers.

Figures come from client ad platform and email platform reporting, with brand names held back at each client's request. Past performance in one account is not a forecast for another: offer, market and spend level all move these numbers.

what moves them

Three things decide the number

The account stays live

Policy review before spend, a claim-safe library and an appeal history that holds up. Nothing here compounds if the account keeps going dark.

  • Rebuilds avoidedthe whole point
  • Reviewedbefore every launch

The click becomes a booking

Lead captured first, prefilled calendar second, reminders after. Spend stops being measured against form fills that never became a patient.

  • Measured atbooked consult
  • Recoveredno-shows and drop-offs

The reporting survives a check

Server-side events, consent-aware tracking and one reported number per month that matches what the CRM says happened.

  • Reportedclick to consult
  • Reconciled withthe client CRM

how we count

Numbers you can audit

Anyone can report a good month. This is how ours is put together, so you can check it against your own accounts.

  1. 1Source

    Straight from your accounts

Meta and Google reporting, GA4 and your CRM. We report on your data, in your accounts, which you keep.

  2. 2Event

    Booked consult, not form fill

The booking is the conversion. Form fills are a step on the way, counted separately so nothing is double claimed.

  3. 3Window

    One attribution window, stated

The same window every month, named on the report, so a good month cannot be made by changing the setting.

  4. 4Check

    Reconciled against the CRM

Platform numbers and CRM bookings are compared monthly, and the gap is explained rather than hidden.

fair questions

Before you trust a number

What we get asked about measurement, and the honest answer to each.

Are these numbers from real accounts?

Yes. They come from client ad platform, email platform and CRM reporting across managed accounts in the last twelve months. Brand names are held back at each client's request, and the figures are totals across accounts rather than one best case.

What counts as a conversion?

A booked consult. Form fills and leads are counted separately, because a lead list is not a patient. Where a client sells a product rather than a consult, the purchase is the conversion and we say so on the report.

Whose accounts are the ads in?

Yours. Ad accounts, pixels, domains and CRM stay in your name with us added as a partner, so nothing you paid to build leaves with the agency.

How long before results show?

The first two weeks are audit, tracking and policy work, so the early reports are about what is broken. Meaningful performance change usually shows in the second month, once there is enough clean data to act on.

Can results like these be guaranteed?

No, and nobody honest will. Offer, market, price and spend level move these numbers more than anything an agency does. What we can commit to is the method: compliance before spend, booking as the measured event, and reporting you can check.
